The lower tag says large, but it will fit a small-large as it is very smocked and very petite not on a body. Beige/sandy peach/blue/black with a leopard print and leopard faces throughout. Non adjustable tank straps. Smocked upper. Flowing bottom. The smocking is coming apart on the top strand on the back. No brand info present.
