(3/$30) Like-new Propaganda cargo flare pants

These excellent condition (work a few times only) wide-leg with slight flats cargo-like casual pants were professionally hemmed (see photo of hem) down from long to regular. See photos for measurements. They got too tight so I put them away and they are from a smoke/pet-free home.
