3/$30 Mesh pearl choker necklace

Unique choker style necklace from a Toronto designer (can’t remember name). Oil slick pearl beads encased in a black metal mesh. Has some stretch. The red bead at the fastener was trademark for the designer. Could be worn as a bracelet as well. 13.5-16” long (some stretch)
