3/$30 Textured Woven Look Hinge Bangle

Sand and black woven material with gold hardware/inner. Hinge on one side, opens on the opposite. Has a bit of weight. There is a bit of “fraying”/coming undone of the woven “straw” material. Measurements in photos. No brand info present.
