💙3/$30 "Vintage" Forever 21 MTV Tie-Dye Tee

Can we call F21 vintage now? This was made in 2022, so it's not REALLY vintage. But RIP to a real one. I think MTV Canada is also now extinct. We can't have nice things, can we? The tag says small but it feels a bit loose. I think it might be a youth size? Measures about 18" pit-to-pit and about 25" from collar to bottom. Is boxy so there's no bust difference.
