adriyanne @joseecastong300 hi! Waist is 30cm (12 inches) laying flat and can be cinched in with the side straps. Length is 80 cm (32 inches) from top shoulder down, or 43 cm from waist down. Feel free to ask any other questions :)

adriyanne @joseecastong300 12 in laying flat, but the whole waist band is stretch! I’d say it can easily get to 14.5 inches without being uncomfortable. I have a 29inch waist and it fits me well :)
