Rose petals, lavender buds, and calendula flowers are the components of this relaxing, purifying, and soothing aromatic steam blend. Firstly place a big bowl on the floor, on a cushion on the floor, on a low coffee table, or anywhere sturdy that you can relax for 20 min with your face over it. Pour 4 cups of boiling water into the bowl over 2 tbsp of the blend. Place a large towel over your head and position yourself above the bowl letting the towel hang down to trap the steam.
