3/4 Length Sleeve High Low Top

Brand new without tags. I cut them off after purchasing and washed the top once. I only tried on once and it’s too short for my long torso at the front. Meant to be tied up like in the first picture. Sleeves can be unrolled and buttons can be undone. Very soft fabric with stretch. Bust: 20” Length: (shoulder to center of bottom hem rolled) ~19”
