Manufactured by DALCO ATHLETIC in the USA. Says Adult Size S but runs very large - I measured 23" from armpit to armpit across the chest at the widest part, and 28" from top of shoulder to hem. Colour is navy blue, in case this isn't clear from the photos. Condition: As new / mint / zero defects. No sign of wear or wash, as pictures clearly show.
