Manufactured by ATLAS under license from Disney. Size says ADULTS but kinda small (I'm a 7¾ and it's too small for me, even on the last buckle - it barely covers my head. My 9-year-old son is a 7⅛ and it fits him well on one of the centre buckles). Made in the USA way back in the 1980s, I think. Scarce vintage collectible, long since sold out.
