3X Raya Sun Sun Dress

Cool for a Summer's day. Please look at picture 5 and picture 6. This dress is split on one side seam and I am no seamstress. There is a large hole that is about 10 inches long, and a smaller one (about an inch beneath it) that is about three inches. I am told that this would be easy for someone who has a sewing machine (and knows what they are doing) to fix.
