New with tags and never used. These black pants fit tight and are size women's XL or about a size two. I have the measurements in the pics of the length from waist to floor and the inseam and waist width. These have a snake skin type raised pattern and have a nice sheen. they look completely like leather and you'd have to touch them to see that they are not. They fit tight and have a great stretch to them for comfort. These have serious sex appeal and if your partner doesn freak out over these than they may need counseling!! lol.
