NWT. Only flaw is slight pull. Never worn. This brand is unfortunately now defunct, but they produced excellent pieces. Size 4 which is a small. Straight cut, cotton blend. No stretch. Cover photo is meant to display print, but not the same dress. Measurements (flat, not doubled) Pit to pit: 18” Length from top of straps: 34”
