4 Amber Glass Mugs -Vitrosax by Bormioli Rocco Made in Italy

4 amber glass coffee mugs or teacups and, alas, only 3 saucers. They were made in 1960s Italy by Bormioli Rocco, an Italian glassware company operating since 1825. They are made of Vitrosax, Bormioli's tempered glass ware. This makes them stronger than regular glass and when broken they break into pieces that aren't as sharp as regular glass. This is a great feature if someone is accident prone or worried about their children cutting themselves (if you've ever seen a covered bus shelter smashed by vandals that was tempered glass). The glass mugs are 2 3/8" tall with 3 3/8" mouths. The saucers are just under 6" wide.
