I would describe this as a dress overcoat or long blazer - it is not really a topcoat. suitable to wear over a dress or skirt and top. Nice for an office environment. this garment is new and never worn - just no tags. The back slit is still stitched shut - see last photo. The size tag is 0 and the lay flat measurements are as follows: pit to pit 16 inches length 35 inches sleeve 24 inches shoulder to shoulder 14.5 inches hips 18.5 inches
