lisastewart1401 @plantysmoon yes, I believe it is I just looked tgis shade up online and it has great reviews. It is very moisturizing and pigmentated. I have used this product but in different shades and it was fantastic.

lisastewart1401 it also seems to be buildable. you could get a deep black with a bit more product. reviews say it takes a couple times to learn how to manipulate the product and application to your liking for the more intense shades. I have the light purple and 1 coat is incredible for me.
