This very cute little white fluffy dress always reminds me of fairy-core or something similar, with the stretch narrow straps, and the possibility of the dropped shoulder secondary strap. There is no brand marking the dress (perhaps it's been removed), and to be honest, I'm not sure what the rainbow things just below the straps are supposed to be, possibly flowers. I've left them as is, so you can alter / attempt to repair or turn them into something more specific if desired, or remove and replace if desired. For now, they do add a bright spot of color, and that it's colorful sheer tulle, it does add to the fairycore feel. Either way, the dress is very cute, and approximately a size 5, or a small size 6.
