Brand new never worn, without tag. One size fits all. The shoulder has nice metal details and adjustable strings. One side of the shoulder had some loose thread. I gave it a gentle tuck and nothing was pulling. You can probably reinforce it before wearing if you want to be extra careful. It was already like this when I got it. Everything else is perfect.
