lorimarq65 @fuzzybear66 hi, yes, all four pair are black, they are all from that place in many malls called "cozy legs", which I couldn't think of that name when I listed them. they are 14" side to side at the waist with NO stretch at all, but I can stretch them to 28" with my hands. I used to wear them myself, and I'm a XXL and they weren't 'tight tight' on me cuz I hate tight clothes. hope this helps they're an awesome deal
