It was only in 1958 that the technique of opal manufacturing was discovered and registered as a brand. Known for its milky white opal glassware, Arcopal became a household name. They had a foot of an elephant as their logo to show the durability. Made from tempered glass, Arcopal opal ware gets thermal treatment that gives it its durability of up to three times more than other tableware. It is break and chip resistant as well.
