@zingaimee Hi. These are antique soup bowls. Similar to a pasta plate.

@zingaimee Well. if you wanted to use them daily with a dishwasher, the gold would eventually fade. Many people do.

The second set would be of the same quality. The gold is usually 18 to 24 carat. So it is softer.
