4001 AD #1 (Valiant comics, 2016) Loot Crate Variant Cover Sealed

This comic; 4001 AD #1 from Valiant comics the 2016 Loot Crate Variant which is sealed in it's original package but the there is scratches on the plastic seal of the front cover of the comic. If I had to guess the comic is new but has the damage to the original plastic bag. This comic is in a new comic bag with a protective backing as well. Pictures are scans of the front, back and spine of it. It is sold as is.
