Be beach ready with this boho costal cowgirl style top. The classic cottage stripes vertical on blue and white. This blouse if off the shoulders and has cold shoulders that tie together. Flowy top that has a shorter length, but I wouldn’t consider a crop top. Tunic style hem, longer at the center front and back with a gentle slope. Crinkled cotton or rayon, I have to double check. In fair preloved condition, signs of wear.
