New FashionMia Dress sinches up at waist to adjust for a perfect fit either loose or tighter. Pit to Pit is 19" shoulder width 14.5" waist flat across 18" and can since in for tighter fit. From top of Dress to Bottom 42" 95%Polyester 5% Spandex tag size says XXL it is not. I am listing it as Large. Made in China that is why I put the Pit to Pit size. it is more of a Large size according to measurements taken as in photos
