4/20$ Justice League Throne Of Atlantis: Chapter Three friends and enemies

The "Throne of Atlantis" story arc depicts a war between the surface world and the underwater kingdom of Atlantis. After Atlantis is hit by a U.S. naval missile, Ocean Master leads an attack on major East Coast cities. The Justice League teams up with Aquaman to stop the invasion, with the U.S. government losing faith in the League and setting up the creation of the Justice League of America.
