4/$20 Optimus Prime Transformers Figure. Hasbro 2006 Flaw*-Joints are very loose

Normal wear and tear for being played with over 19 years. Joints are very loose and they make a clicking sound when they do (which it’s supposed to do). Figure can hold a sitting or standing position but is wobbly when being played with. Also, I don’t know what this toy does or how to turn it on.
