Fantastic retro set of 3 garments: button down top, maxi skirt, and a belt that can be worn as a headband, please refer to images. Equipped with shoulder pads. Black with contrasting white flowers with details of blue and red giving it a busy pattern. There are no tags, no makers mark, so I don’t know what the fabric is. It feels almost like a type of fine knit polyester mimicking rayon. The dress might even be handmade. It would fit small and medium best. The skirt has an elastic waistband. In good preloved condition, repairs have been sewn by deft hand, to ensure durability.
