4/$25- NWT Dark Side "Garter" Leggings ✨

I bought these at Party City at Halloween time (the best time to go shopping preeeetty much anywhere), but with the intent to wear them all the time. Now, a "few" months later, I have tried them on but ALAS! The "OSFA" size is too big and the open parts at the thighs (mock garters) aren't tight enough against my legs. They just look silly on me. SO, if you buy these, please ensure that you've got approx size Med/Lrg..... and I'd say up to XL legs, and are taller than me (so approx 5'7" and up!)
