The Notebook (VHS, 2004) Condition: - Excellent condition overall. - This VHS is sealed, however there is a Rogers Video sticker under the seal. Making me question if it is new or re-sealed and previously viewed. Either way it appears to be in excellent condition. I am not going to open the plastic to test it. There are sticker remnants on the plastic (possibly an old price tag), as well as a small rip on the bottom plastic wrap. - SEE PICS.
