Paperbag high waist skirt from Banana Republic Colour is a brownish olive green Side pockets Belt loops (does not come with belt) Side zipper closure Size on tag is 0 petite. Measurements fit a bit larger. Waist unstretched 13” Hips 15.5” Length 7” There are a couple of small spots on the back of the skirt (shown in pictures). Only noticeable upon close inspection. May or may not come out.
