4506-00 Tandy Leather Belt Blank up to 42" waist, 1.5" wide FLAWED

Tandy leather belt blank, with pre-cut buckle slots and pre-attached snaps. Just trim to size, tool, make belt holes, finish and add a buckle. The width will fit a 1.5" buckle. Includes belt loop, but does NOT include belt buckle. Total length is 53", it is 49" long when the buckle is installed. Tandy says it will fit up to a 42" waist size. This came in a kit with other items, will not be needing the belt blank. Opened up the package only to take photos. Flaw at the 38" mark, came out of the package this way. The the top layer of the leather has been scored, but not all the way through. See photo.
