mochi111314 I try my best to describe the item's condition best of my knowledge however, I must of missed the scratch on the hardware. It is nothing worse than receiving an item that does not meet our expectations. For this, I sincerely apologize.. To make things right, I would be happy to accept the return of the bag and cover any extra cost at your end. I am truly sorry.
