queenb_of_hive5 @bwsn66 So sorry, just seeing your comment now. I will check in the morning but I believe the waist is elastic....like smocking.

queenb_of_hive5 @bwsn66 Yes, there is a seam at the waist. There is smocking at the sides....about 12" wide or 6" toward the front and 6" toward the back and above the waist. I found the dress very comfortable and I don't like my clothes tight. It is very flattering. If you like, I can put it on and take a picture later today.

queenb_of_hive5 @bwsn66 Anytime!! I had it in one other colour....black with pink flowers. When I wore a 4X, just about everything I tried on, fit. But now I am back to a 3X on top and a 2X on bottom for the most part and a lot of things just don't fit properly.
