Top is more fitted to the waist Elbow length sleeves with elastic cuff that are slightly puffy at shoulder P2P 29" Waist 29 1/2" Length 52 1/2" Sleeve length from shoulder? All measurements are taken while the garment is lying flat, unstretched and are approximate. Colour may vary slightly depending on lighting and different screen resolution. The dress has been looked over for holes, marks, pulls and significant wear. It will be documented here. My home is smoke and pet free.
