@manish I meant to follow up on my previous post... After some serious thought, a relocation would not be feasible at this time. It would be a welcome challenge to apply my skills to a different industry--i.e., related to fashion and styling...but family duties are my priority for now. I even spent a couple of hours throwing together a PM interactive wireframe for you ...I have to say that a few simple tweaks will make a world of difference in the immediate future. As for future app features--all my best to the lucky individual who gets to take part in this process. What fun!!?!! Best of luck hiring. I'll continue interacting as an active PM user, and I am sure I'll keep "seeing" you around

Hello @manish I'm still fairly new & have a huge problem. @fashion007 Elle tagged you last week about it. I've emailed support center & have had no response. Let me back up... In my News section I can not respond or open any of the comments. In my account I can not tell my fellow poshers that their packages have been shipped. In my balance I can not respond & tell PM to direct deposit my funds. I have 238 comments now that I can not respond to & its not updating. I have to go into my closet & my likes to try to respond to fellow PM & by that time it's too late. It's becoming very aggregating & I'm getting frustrated that I can't talk to anyone. Manish, I love your site! It's literally given my a chance at a second job from home, a new wardrobe, a chance to share my gift in retail styling and sharing my love for fashion. I even have for my two little ones. I'm a fashion stylist and clothing designer (up and coming). I started my own line 2 years ago but then became ill with endocarditis so it went on hold. But that didn't stop me a year later from turning that design business into my own dream of being a stylist. I was in LA, and now based in NYC, no longer bicoastal. I loved Posh for that main reason, I could work the site from either coast.
My sister is a former Posher, and I am staying at her home since I have now sold my condo in LA and am here part-time in her home for business and my residence in upper NY. Though she is no longer a part of the poshmark community we do share internet and live in the same home occasionally. Her and I share a business together so we have a joint bank account, one in her name one in mine.
This is why I am coming too you directly, it's for your help. I can't seem to get an email answer on this topic of me having 2 IP addresses. I live in a building with some shared internet and my sister (who was on posh) but no longer uses her account.
There has been a case of mistaken identity. It states I am linked to two IP addresses. It's just me on this site now selling and buying. I don't need nor want another name for myself. My jewelry has made party photos. My closet is loved by your top sellers and all posher's alike. I consider myself an honest and decent person, who stands up for what she feels is right and am out to prove to you that I am innocent. I have one account and it is astylistscloset. Its my only account I sell buy and use. My sister even said, if you'd like to delete her, do it, as she has nothing to offer up and is on a totally different path in life than I am right now.
All I want is my page back, to sell, create style, shop of course, and to come back to the place I love! <3.
I am indeed and making a name for myself, and helping others do the same. Just as they are sharing the same love in return. I've never felt more part of a family than on here. I won't go into my life, but it's me and my kids, and my father and sister are more to themselves regardless of our business ventures. Besides, sometimes that doesn't give you a sense of unity.
I see that unity in your photos here, and it's how I feel when I'm with my fellow posher friends. We all share a sense of style and love for fashion. We look out for eachother when there is a scammer or a replica seller on here stealing peoples money. We share and compliment each other....this is such a place of happiness and friendship and I thank you so much for making this place. It's far better than Ebay and those other sites for fashion. On here it's a community of people who are here to make a positive experience happen...and help others when there is someone who is not being a team player.
I even have a support post with others vouching for me as a person. People who have met me and my sister. People who know me from Poshmark bc we have become friends
People who are thanking me and to me that makes this even more painful.
This site is my community and sense of family, and I miss it. I'm still selling off the remainder of my page daily, but I can't list or buy now. I love shopping for others, and make it a priority if I don't have it in my closet, I actually take time to look for it on this site and tag the person. If I think a person likes a certain style, I tag them also, it's a great way to get everyone introduced and everyone of course happy with new clothing and working together.
I also have a distributor for a clothing line who is now part of my closet by just providing me merchandise to sell. I've worked so hard to get this far, and only to be shut off from buying and posting more listings because of an IP technical error of mistaken identity, or mistaken for 2 people.
Can you please help me come back? I have sent so many emails and pleas and questions as to what or who I am accused of being, yet I get no response. If IP means internet sharing let me know, I'll shut off sharing it with people in the building (they shouldn't be using it anyways)
I have so many beautiful clothing I want to post. I would never come to your page unless I was desperate, and felt a sense of urgency. I never even knew you had a page until now, curiosity didn't kill this cat! ;)
Manish, it really meant something to me to be a part of this team and family. I promise you, I'm not guilty. I just want to come back home here. Poshmark has given me such joy, not to mention put a big hole in my wallet.( LOL ) But has also given me an income, new friends, a wonderful experience, and some fierce clothing to boot. I MISS YOUR SITE!!!! This is just genius what you have created here....and I wish nothing but the best to you always.

YOU ARE A GENIUS! I am serious 😃 but now that I hopefully have your attention, please clarify a rule for me; Is trading against Poshmark rules? I understand why taking your sale off of Poshmark and accepting PayPal would be, but I don't understand why trading would be. From what "I" understand after reading the rules, Poshmark does not "support" trades. To me that means since there is no $$ exchanged there is nothing you can do to recover a bad trade unlike when there is $$ exchanged you do not release funds on a bad sale. It only makes sense to me if I see something I want in somebodies closet that is equal value to what they want in my closet, just trade! I am a serious Posher, I love this site. I have sold and purchased so many things here since day 1, i am loyal with my sales, even my trades have only been done through Posh, I believe that I am playing by the rules. Even though this is not a source of income for me it is very important to me that I am a respected player here. Please advise.....

It's so nice to meet you :-) I truly am in love with Poshmark and have been following Posh rules, regulations, and etiquette from day 1. I've been blessed with approximately 100 host picks, and I've recently co-hosted my first Posh party (Girly Girl on 09/22). The Poshmark community gives me lots of great feedback, and I'm dedicated to always helping and educating other users. I hope to be a suggested user soon, it would be such an honor. Poshmark has helped me to create an extra income when my doctor ordered me strict bed rest due to a high risk pregnancy. And not only that, but the support and love from my Posh sisters has filled my life with joy! As I mentioned in the other comment I left you, having a baby didn't stop me from co-hosting a Posh party. That's how much I love this community, I just couldn't let everybody down!!! @torrimartir Hey Torri love, I just saw your question about trading on Poshmark. The way I see it, Poshmark provides us with an amazing platform to buy and sell clothes & accessories. For some, it's a way to empty out their closets, for some an opportunity to score designer bargains and buy new things for an incredible price, and some even turn it into a business and their main source of income. Additionally, it is a way to meet like-minded women and fashion-addicts and make new friends. Poshmark spends a lot of money and invests a lot of thought and many hours of work into providing us with this fabulous app. So it is only fair that ALL transactions on Poshmark are making Poshmark some money. Imagine, everybody would be trading. Then Poshmark wouldn't make any money, and there wouldn't be any funds to support and run the app for us...there basically would be no Poshmark. @manish please correct me if I'm wrong. But that has been my theory from day one, and that's the reason why I've never traded or used PayPal - because Poshmark deserves to get paid for what they do for us. It takes money to constantly improve an app, just as it costs money to pay for servers, employees, and and and. Trading isn't only a very unsafe thing to do (unfortunately, not everybody is honest, and Poshmark can't protect us when trading), but like you said there's no money involved in a trade, so Poshmark doesn't get their 20% of a transaction as they deserve... I hope I'm correct, and I hope it makes sense to you ;-)

@manish hi there! I have an issue that is not being resolved. My buyer purchased a bag, I had to add shipping so a different tracking number was provided by the post office. My buyer has since received the item but she is unable to release my payment because in your system it appears that the bag has not been shipped. We both have sent emails to support@poshmark but it's going on a few days and her payment is still pending! What can be done???? Sorry to use this page but I'm running out of options!!

Ahh, so you're the Heisenberg to my addiction. I've only been using poshmark for a few weeks now and I must say it's ingenious! @manish @lyann Hello Manish and Poshmark team, I emailed you yesterday about another harassment and online bullying issue that I'm currently facing. The posher is au925 aka purplefusia. She's is calling me thief and tagging all other people to spread the false accusation. I purchased an item that the seller disagreed to sale for less and cancelled her initial purchase. So, how am I a thief when I purchased the item with more money when she relisted it. She needs to stop doing this. I don't like few poshers but that doesn't mean that I create a listing, gang up, and make false accusations about them. Most importantly, I don't want to close my account at posh because I've earned Top 10% seller honor and good feedbacks after months and months of hard working and dedication. All six of her current listing does not follow Poshmark guidelines and are NOT "Poshmark supported items". Please help me. I don't want to participate in all that argument and make it worst. I'm writing to you coz I cannot wait on Poshmark support response until she does more damage to me and my closet. I'm also worried about my and my family's safety at this point because she's asking people to google my name and all. I have already closed my linked in and twitter account because of this. @manish hi! I just sold a $15 Fendi and noticed that my redeemable money is only $12 instead of $12.05 since you charge a flat fee of $2.95 for items listed for $15 or less. I believe that kicking back 5 cents although it's only 5cents, in the long run Poshmark is kicking back thousands considering there are thousands of sellers on here. Please address this issue. Hi @lesliegenn80 Your listings are great. You should change all your sizes to just one size otherwise they will not show up in search and the size should be the one on the garment. Hi I hate to bother you, but if you could just grant me some grace just this once. You probably won't see this and if you do please consider. I really need to make another $1500 before school starts on august 26 I already saved up almost $500. A lot of the top posh users have been helping me out. @manish Hi Manish, I'm sorry to bother you, but I don't know who else to talk to that will actually hear me. I've been in Posh for almost 2 years and me and my friends love this app. Anyway, I recently bought some Ray-Ban aviators for $90. I thought these were made in Italy, because the originals and authentic are from Italy. But the seller didn't disclose these were from China. Apparently, some Ray-Bans are from China and your team is trying to figure out if these are authentic. But regardless, my issue is that the Italian version differs tremendously in quality to the Chinese ones and the frame is different, too. I strongly believe that as a customer I have the right to know the details about the product. Specially, if these are the Italian or Chinese version, and that was not disclose by the seller. I have been trying to explain these to PM Customer Service, but they are ignoring me. They said they will only confirm authenticity and regardless of the version I have to keep them :S Please help!!!! Because I honestly want to cry. my case # is 5438c2bec003eb3427042b82

I just wanted to say hi and let you know that I hope you know PM is so much more than a site for selling clothes. I have a son with mental illness and somehow on this site I have met friends who are so supportive and have shared similar stories. I have more support on here and have supported others more than on any online support group or in real life. I've tried to figure out how this site attracts such nonjudgmental like minded people. I just thought you should know. I think someone should do press about it. When one user was in the hospital, people donated their earnings to her. It is just amazing what happens here.

@manish Since I'm not getting any response from your support team, I'd like to ask you this directly: When a buyer claims an "item is not as described", do sellers have the right to know what the exact claim might be other than "item is not as described"? I loved (yes, past tense) Poshmark and I've sold a lot here already, the company has taken 20% from each sale but honestly something needs to be done.

Manish, I'm having a problem. 😩 (I hate to ask you here but it's never happened before). 3 days ago (feb 20th) someone bought a Louis Vuitton purse from me through the offer button. I shipped it off the next day (feb 21st) and after I dropped it off in the back docks I went home and received an email that her purchase was cancelled. Now her profile is gone. @manish Hi! one of our Posher's isn't listed on the party invitation with the rest of us!! I'm sure it's just human error. But her name isn't even on the invitation, let alone will she even be able to put her Host Picks in the Host Pick room??? The pm editor and an email has been sent but I figured I would try here as well. The correct name is @ekw33. It's the first posher on the invitation that is incorrect. Hi @manish ! Let me start off by saying how much I love Poshmark! I was able to start a small business from home outside of going to school full-time and having 2 other jobs! I love posh, but I think if poshmark had a debit card, it would make it 10000% better. I usually make a few sales here and there, and transfer it directly to my bank account (it takes 1-2 business days and sometimes 4 days on a weekend to transfer the funds).

@manish I think a debit card (similar to that of p a y p a l) would be so useful, especially for bigger sellers! It would allow us to use the money as soon as our buyer accepts the offer. Please let me know what you think! :)

I thought I’d pass along some feedback on this reduced shipping feature you are allowing some users to trail run. Honestly, I’ve lost 3 sales because people want free shipping. It’s not good for us that don’t want to sacrifice our earnings just so the buyers feel like they are getting a better deal on shipping. Please look into have a 7 day shipping label, next day shipping, or pacel post shipping label.

To this but I would like your attention, I sent pics for proof that he did not send the $200 item he claimed was not authentic back to me but instead he sent a box with tissue paper inside. He blocked me as soon as he opened the claim. Thanks manish -loyal poshmark Seller & buyer.

@manish Hey Manish! I just wanted to let you know that the majority of the post offices will not accept packages in the flat rate box. A lot of us are having that issue. Multiple people emailed poshmark support with no help from them. USPS needs to make an announcement to all of there locations that this is now acceptable. I hope you are able to solve this issue! #PoshLove ❤️

How come when there is a challenge that is supposed to have a certain number of winners per day (the last one was supposed to be 5 winners per day) .... there was only one of the days that had 5 ... the others were 3 or 4. It’s sad that it happens this way every time.

@manish so I’ve had a few issues with one posher continuously reporting my listing about another posher who was price gauging and being very rude and negative to others on poshmark. I never said anything negative about the posher, jus how she was rude to me and also how she was doing this on multiple closets, and I’m not the only person who she acted this way to.

@manish I’ve already deleted the listing as to not stir anymore trouble since this one posher, who also has multiple closets, keeps reporting it. I’ve never violated any poshmark rules and I’ve never had this issue on poshmark at all before, so I’m pretty baffled that this is happening to me at all since I’ve been a fellow posher and very active in the poshmark community since being on here well over a year an a half ago

I love the overall experience, the friends I have made and being able to sell items once I have worn them a couple of times. I do have a question that I am hoping you can address. I try to stay up to date on changes as well as the updates. I like having the offers to those that like at item. I do have a question about it though.

@manish continues here I noticed I have missed a couple of offers that were actually sent to me. Other than notifications is there a way to separate offers I send out to buyers and offers they send to me on a listing they are wanting to purchase? I know how to view offers on items I am selling but it also shows offers I sent to them.

Hi Manish, I wanted to send some input your way. I love the app, and I love when Poshmark makes suggestions underneath existing SOLD listingS. (Perhaps my favorite feature 🤫)
I think that it’s great that buyers are guided to other listings and I’d like to see suggestions to other listings from the same seller (60%) mixed into similar items from other sellers. It’s a good way to promote the seller and their future sales.

This is really disrespectful in my religion so I reported them using the report feature as well as sent an e-mail to hello at poshmark. I have not gotten any response. I know it is a holiday week.

I have contacted customer support regarding dangerous activity with a user who has created 50+ accounts. This user continues to create new accounts and is a danger to children. All user names have been provided, but this user/IP Address is permitted to create new accounts. It takes days for support to remove flagged comments. The lack of security of the site is putting children at serious risk.
