Set of 5 Alfred Meakin Hereford Salad Plates Made in England. Vintage (1960s) Alfred Meakin Hereford salad or side plate made in England. In EXCELLENT! condition with NO! chips, nicks, cracks, or fleabites and NO! marks or stains other than light wear to the REVERSE!, noticeable only when the plates are over-turned. Plates show MODERATE! crazing (for their age). The fruit pattern is bright and vivid with NO! fading apparent. Plates are both dishwasher and microwave safe. Approximate measurements: 8" in diameter with a smooth, unadorned edge.
