5 For $20 90s Wind breaker / track jacket

90s personalized Wind breaker / track jacket Very expensive to initially buy since it was embroidered but this is an extremely well built WINDBREAKER not utility or varsity jacket, the jacket section needs to expand on here. Says a size 14/16 but this isn't bigger than a 12. The sizing is off with this brand a bit.
