evrgreenfeather @hoehnergirl Hi! Thanks so much for your purchase. I'm afraid I'm unable to ship to a different address. Poshmark provides the shipping label according to the address you have on file. When USPS scans the package for shipping it needs to match the address the label was created for. You'll need to change your address through Poshmark. You said you're having difficulties doing so?

evrgreenfeather @hoehnergirl Okay. I'd say there are probably two options then. The first is to contact Poshmark customer service so a rep can change it for you before I print the label. The second is for me to go ahead and ship to the address on file and you reach out to your post office directly so they can forward the package to your new address. How would you like to proceed?

mindycress hello Evergreen I just saw your rating. the item purchased We just ordered new supply to replace the item you did not like. I will ship once you can select another item you like. I have a set on the site right now that is hand carved salt and pepper jars that I would glad to replace with the hand carved salt jar that you do not like.

evrgreenfeather @mindycress The problem is not that I didn't like the item, the problem is that I received an item where the top did not fit the bowl. I let you know and after your initial offer to exchange it I haven't heard from you in ten days. I figured that ten days was a pretty generous waiting period to hear back from someone before leaving a rating. It's disappointing for a customer to be treated this way.
