This Frame is a Hand Painted Frame that is exclusive from Innovation, a Canafian Company out of Vancouver, British Columbia. They released this Frame in 1998 and called it " Peace On Earth " included on the Frame is the 2 Doves and surrounding the Frame is hand painted grapes, vines and leaves. This Frame is in NEW CONDITION, I did not have a portrait in it and it still has the original piece of paper with the measurements and specifices included behind the glass, I as leaving it in the frame as it's a beautiful piece of art and shows the authenticity of the designer. It's a heavier frame, not one that will blow over and will bring a certain elegance to any room and show case any loved one.
