janicebenner007 Is this a good coat for a chi mix weighing in at 13lbs and about 12” neck to rear end? She out grew her puppy sized coats - and was TICKED last winter.

good_vibes3265 @janicebenner007 the coat is about 15" from neck to tail. it might be a little long. But does have Velcro around the body. Which could help make it a bit smaller if need be.
