mommiedlt Yes, they do kinda run small. My daughter is also a 7 & they fit her but she just had a baby & isn't gonna be able to wear them any time soon 😊 but I want to let u know that if ur feet r on the wider side, then u may not want them because the front part fits snug at the toe area. (just want to let u know so u r happy with ur purchase) 👍
