@hannahg hi, sorry I can't do that... It just needs to be cleaned really and it'll look brand new... And as far as the engraving goes I could remove that before sending and of course I'd have it cleaned, but 50 is just way too low

@jerezana03 I was told by USPS: 1. Check with a neighbors, maybe they received it instead- 2. If you live in an apartment building, they are usually left by the entrance or with a door man 3. Check with your local USPS location so they can ask the worker where he left it... Let me know please!
