styleluxe4less @mrsprez CONGRATS! Yes, the post office should be able to help you. Depending on the post office, you MAY have to buy a box, but I don't think you will have to. Don't go in there and use a Flat Rate box. That won't work. For my blog, I did a video on Shipping and how to get the boxes. Not sure if Jessica put it up today, but if not it will go up tomorrow. Definitely follow those instructions so you're prepared for your next sale. Good job, Cassie!

styleluxe4less @randileigh1000 Hi Randi! She would have to share pictures with Poshmark of the damaged item(s) and they would make a decision what she could return to you. They would not allow for her to return her other items and get all of her money back if there were not any issues with the other items. And, you definitely will get money for everything you charged her for. If you threw a few rings in for free, that is something you should share with Poshmark to get those items returned as well. Hope this helps!

But quickly, DON'T use PayPal, it's against Poshmark's policy, they have their own payment system. And, DO follow a ton more people. It will increase your followers, because most will follow you back, and then more eyes will be on your closet. More info on all of this is in that listing. Since you're new to Poshmark, I thought I'd share this listing/blog link about trading on this site. You'll see that many buyers will ask to "trade" items from our closet for items in their closet. The expectation then is that you agree to ship items on your own dime. The thing is, Poshmark doesn't condone this as it's risky since it's on the honor code. Of course the decision is up to you. styleluxe4less @gail71144 Hi Gail! I’m a little confused by the question, but I think you are saying you were forced to pay shipping a second time. (If someone told you that you had to buy something else, well that is not the case. They could have easily created a new listing that was just for your second shipping that had a $0 price, and you just “buy” it in order to get the second label. This only happens when people have a lot of heavy items that they package together. I have NEVER had to charge a person for the second shipping label, and I once sold 12 items to one person (some were accessories, but still). Now you are a seller and you don’t want this to happen to any of your customers, so if someone requests a lot of items or 3 pairs of shoes, etc., then when you are negotiating the bundle price, you will want to go ahead and tell them that it will require 2 shipping labels. Then, you can work out who will pay for what. Let me know if you still have questions and good luck with your first big sale, Gail! :)

styleluxe4less @jpc1219 Hi Pegi! You are very welcome. ;) As for your question regarding searching, ABSOLUTELY there is a way to search by designer. You simply click Feed, then click the magnifying glass at the top left and enter the designer in the dearch box. TIP: Once you find one listing that has the designer designated under the Designer area in blue after the size (and not just in the title), you can click the designer name in blue and it will take you to ALL of the other listings on Poshmark by that designer! If you haven’t already, check out that other listing in my closet that is a Helpful Guide for New Users. You can find all the info you need there. (This question was even answered there already.)

I just wish I were skinny enough to buy items from your closet! :-) I like to research everything & wanted to do "due diligence" before I start selling so I can be fully prepared. I look through every person's closet before I will follow them, and only if I get a good feeling from their listings will I even consider making a purchase from someone. Not everyone will read (or have read...) the "Terms of Service" and all the legal stuff, but maybe they'll watch a short video instead. There are so many PM users who are frustrated with things like, "Why no Paypal?", "Why no Trades?", "To Bundle or Not to Bundle?", or "Why Not Publicly Bash Scammers?", to name a few. I know you have videos & blogs to cover these topics and more! Is there any way that you could work it out with Poshmark for them to send every new user a "welcome pack" with an introductory video from you on the "Does and Don'ts of Buying & Selling on Poshmark"? It's just an idea, but I thought I'd ask to see what you think. Like others have said, you really should be a PM employee! I thank you for your knowledge of Poshmark & for your "fashion passion" for finding gorgeous items to sell! :-)

gordomom @christysp8 Robin has several excellent posts and/or links to articles on her blog to help understand the dangers of trading. The main concern (to me) is that people usually zero out the purchase in order to avoid the 20% fee to Posh but still get a shipping label. However of there is an issue, you're only covered for the purchase amount - in that case, $0.

theposhvault Good morning! I was wondering if you know if Posh is considering adding an option for "More Like This"- example: I was searching for a Coach horse and carriage charm and the search pulled up all kinds of things not even near what I was looking for so I scrolled for nearly 2 hours in vain. I did finally find one that was sold and If that option was available, it would certainly save so much frustration of a lengthy search through things I'm not interested in. Another example is my search for a Christmas sweater and I finally gave up after having to scroll through so many children and toddler items. I would certainly appreciate any advice you can give.

stacymichele Sorry this is off topic but your Q&A post reached max comments!! Quick question...how does posh determine which discounted items get free shipping? I feel like when I first started last month, almost every time I had lowered a price, the girls who liked my post would get cheaper shipping for one hour. However, this past month I've lowered items up to 45%, and although my likers get notified of the price decrease, they do not get offered discounted shipping. Is there any rhyme or reason to this or is it just random? Thanks!
