fashion007 @tif2it normally size S, or size 4-6 all depends on who makes it or how it's cut. But this dress is super soft, stretchable, comfy - material is spandex/nylon. If you are a size 4-6, it will be great. For me, need more breast to fill lol.

Size 8-10 falls under a Medium but the cuts for some many has changed, so to be better fitted a size 8-10 best fits a large in opinion. I hope that helps.
