genuinely_me @a_palmerrrr Is it something you sent or something you ordered? It doesn't usually say a package has arrived unless it has actually arrived. I would look at the order confirmation email and check the tracking and see if usps also says it has arrived.

genuinely_me @a_palmerrrr If usps says it has been delivered then it should also say where the package was left. Like on the porch or something. If you don't have it you may have to call usps about it.

a_palmerrrr something i ordered; they sent it to an old email i can no longer get into i updated my email since then but i dont have the confirmation email. so i dont have the usps tracking #. its only been 2 days though so i dont know if i just got the notification early or if theres a problem @delrosario1328

genuinely_me @a_palmerrrr if you go to your purchased items and click on that item, there should be a tab that says "problems/order inquiry". Click on that and then there should be a link to PoshMark support.
