I paid $28 for this "new" sweater from khey and it came without the belt shown in the picture but with the stains shown in these photos and the most horrible musty smell. Can't wear it! Seller blocked me from their closet when I tried to contact them. Don't shop with them!!!!!

hipchick @mswhite56 I know! I think what happened was the sweater was stored in a damp location and the dye from the buttons bled onto the sweater. But, hello! Look at the item before you send it and at least include all the parts!! I would even be ok if I got a response but blocking me only made me mad! As if we don't have other ways of calling people out, right?? Oh well. Onward and upward. It just means once I hopefully get refunded I can buy something else :)

hipchick @ajward02 I did contact posh and already heard back that I will get a refund after I send the sweater back. So annoying to have to deal with it plus not have the sweater I wanted!

hipchick @hippystace That's awful! Just ruins it for the trustworthy sellers and buyers! Did you report it? I'm not sure how long it will take but posh is refunding my money and I sent the sweater back. It made my whole closet smell! Ewwww.

I just want to warn them and since I am blocked from even negotiating with them to get a new sweater I figured it was the least I could do to save someone else the trouble! hipchick @cfloyd1981 I cannot believe the empty box! That's so bad. And how dumb, it's not like you automatically get the $$. Did she think the funds would be released?? I recently found a bag to sell that was a gift to me. I had never heard of the brand but it was apparently popular. I sold it not even knowing the story behind it and the buyer said it was fake. I have no idea but of course will take it back. Mistakes happen but out right fraud makes me so mad!! We all work too hard to have to deal with that.

hipchick @bellaandtony I'm so sorry! It stinks! It's one thing for simple wear and tear, most items are used of course. But this was supposed to be new! It stunk so bad and was just awful. It took about a week but things were faster back then. Poshmark is so busy now.... Good luck figuring it out! Xo

I would never do that, I wldnt donate things to goodwill, that have stains or aren't wearable. But it's ok, I know now to ask more questions and ask for pics of all sides of high price items..

I have bought items from a few different people on here and my fav is @sheelagoh lovely woman and is so sweet!! Hope your future shopping is a better experience for you!! ;)
