This is a long sweater faux fur vest from H&M, it is a tan color with shades of white, grey and tan fur lining the front of it. I think it may have included a belt with it but when I purchased it there was no belt and when I got home I noticed two small loops at the side that I'm guessing was for a belt but I always wore it without and it was fine , the loops are very small and I took a picture to show

teece416 @colleen_marie57 it's from old navy but from a while ago so I'm not sure if it would still be there, if its not there this one is a medium if that fits you, I can sell it for you for like $5 if you want because i never wear it and it looks cute with the vest lol just let me know :)
