Each vanilla purchase arrives under vacuum in a 50 gram pack. Your purchase of vanilla will contain an average of 17 beautiful pods 16 cm long, with an average moisture content of 25% and a vanillin content of 2%. For premium quality, packs will contain approximately 24 pods averaging 14 cm.
