This is "Five Roses Guide to Good Sauces", published by Lake of the Woods Milling Company Montreal/Winnipeg. "The Complete Cookbook on sauces, salad dressings, gravies, dips, glazes" is a small plastic coiled cookbook.Although I can't find a date anywhere, Five Roses was around in the 50's and they had different cookbooks published at that time.
In very good vintage shape, the back cover has damage where a sticker was peeled off, and there is general age discoloration to the entire little cookbook. A great piece of Canadian flour mill history!
