50's Georgian China "Blue Bird" Tennis Sets - Luncheon Sets - Tea Party Sets

This is a set of 2 Georgian China tea cups with plates set with hand painted blue birds and 22 karat gold trim. Referred to as a "tennis set" for having tea outside, this matching plate and tea cup set from USA's Georgian China has a lovely scalloped plate edge with a line of 22 K gold gilt, also on the teacup rim and handle. Measurements: Plate - 9" diameter Teacup - 2.5" tall,4" diameter at rim, 4 fl oz One set is in excellent condition. The other set has some wear to the teacup's bird and crazing on the plate.
